For 50 years, Federal Land continues to create innovative and well-built property developments such as residential homes, commercial and retail spaces, modern office buildings, world-class hotels, and integrated communities.
Built to inspire, endure
First known as Federal Homes in 1972, its first completed projects: Soler Tower, Tytana Plaza, and Mandarin Mansion in Binondo, became Manila's first high-rise office and residential developments.
Federal Homes made its mark in the residential development sector with notable high-rise developments such as Escolta Towers, Skyland Plaza, Ylaya Mansion, and Federal Towers.
The company then expanded to the next premier financial district: Makati. It held office in one of the Metrobank branches along Ayala Avenue.
In 2000, the tower was redeveloped into the distinct GT Tower International. At the same time, the company expanded to Pasay, Quezon City, Cavite, and Cebu. In 2002, Federal Homes changed is name to Federal Land, Inc that signified the company's growth.
